Sleeping better with Shleep


On May 20, Ivy Circle alumni organized the Shleep webinar, to talk about the important of sleep for mental health – such a timely topic during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The online event was hosted by sleep expert Dr. Els van der Helm, Berkeley Ph.D., former McKinsey consultant, and founder of Shleep, a company focused on improving the performance of organizations by improving the sleep of leaders and teams with a digital sleep coaching platform.
