Are you – or is someone you know – interested to join the Ivy Circle Board as our new Treasurer?
Our current Treasurer Mark Reijerkerk would like to hand over his role after nearly 6 years and we are grateful to Mark for his service. We are looking for someone to join the Ivy Circle Board and take on this role as our new Treasurer.
The Treasurer is one of three mandatory Board roles (together with Chairperson and Secretary) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
Along with overall Ivy Circle and Board engagement, together with other Board colleagues, the Treasurer’s specific responsibilities are:
– primary signatory for the Ivy Circle’s current & savings accounts at Triodos Bank;
– preparation of the annual budget & financial statements.
The expected time commitment is several hours per month.
