Luana works in strategy and operations, focusing on turning ideas into action and helping organizations stay clear on what matters most. Her experience spans a range of industries and settings, where she has often worked at the center of complex efforts, connecting people and helping decisions translate into practical outcomes.
She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard University and speaks Spanish. She spent over a year travelling solo internationally, an experience that shaped how she thinks about people and community, and about how much we have in common across cultures and differences.
Luana serves on the Board of the Ivy Circle as Co-Membership Engagement Coordinator, supporting connection and engagement across member clubs within the Ivy Circle network.
