WHAT:
Penn-Wharton alumni in the Netherlands and Belgium, and Wharton alumna Marsha Plotnitsky, founder and curator of The Merchant House, invite you and your guests to join them for a reception (including drinks) at The Merchant House booth 3_4 at Independent Brussels. Independent Brussels, the European edition of Independent New York, is an annual curated art fair and performance festival. This year's fair will be held on Friday 9th, Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th November and features live art, installations, curated displays, music and discussions hosted by more than 70 galleries from around the world. The Merchant House, one of 5 Dutch galleries invited to the fair, will present Pino Pinelli, Mary Sue and Elsa Tomkowiak, artists whose works have been amongst those featured at The Merchant House in Amsterdam during the past 2 years.
WHEN:
Penn-Wharton reception: Saturday 10 November from 17.00 until 19.00
The reception itself is free, however a ticket is required for admission to the fair location. Day tickets cost 12 euro and can be purchased online here. The fair is open to the public from 12.00-19.00, so come early and enjoy the fair before heading to The Merchant House booth 3_4 for the reception.
