The online event is hosted by Dr. Els van der Helm. She is a performance and sleep expert who founded Shleep after her time at McKinsey where she developed new methods of increasing team wellbeing to optimize client impact. She received her Ph.D. from UC Berkeley and is an adjunct professor at IE Business School in Madrid. Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global named her one of the top 5 sleep experts in the world.
