Professor Eizenga (portrayed in this header) was an economist with a special interest in the US, who left his money to the Royal Holland Society of Sciences and Humanities (KHMW) to sponsor people interested in studying in the US. Fulbright Commission administers the grant on behalf of the KHMW.
