Fulbright Executive Director Christward Gradenwitz and new IC Events Coordinator Tina Amirtha will host our inaugural Ivy Walk in The Hague with a special theme: following in the footsteps of the philosopher of Radical Enlightenment, Spinoza.
On our Radical Enlightenment Trail, we will visit Spinoza’s grave and the house where he completed his magnum opus ‘Ethica’. We will also get to know Johan de Witt along the way, and pass by ‘Haagse Harry’. If you want to know how these icons are related: come join us! The tour will end around 18:30 at Kneuterdijk/Hofvijver. Drinks afterwards are optional, and a bit of rain won’t keep us away.
